Small Business Incubation is one of the four core elements of our Small Business Success Strategy. The Small Business Success Center (SBSC) incubates start up companies by providing access to advice from industry leaders, academic professionals, subject matter experts, financial advisors, marketing and public relations professionals — all within a solid turn-key infrastructure.
An applicant company must meet the following criteria before submitting an application:
- Business Registered and Operating for at Least 3 Months
- A Business Based on Developing a Professional Service (Law, Advertising, Health Care, etc.) or Commercializing an Innovative Product
- A Completed Business Plan or Executive Summary that addresses (1) Market Analysis, (2) Financial Projections, (3) Funding Requirements, (4) Background on Management Team, (5) and Milestones to Reach while in the Incubator
- A Management Team in Place
- Some Capital Investment From Principals
- A Customer Base (Existing or Prospective)
