STARworks is a hybrid creative businesses incubator that features light manufacturing space (5,000-14,000 square feet) as well as office space. Space is also available for short-term projects, for example, temporary space for creating public art projects.
The building is fully sprinklered, and has wireless broadband Internet service. The Town of Star provides water and sewer service. Progress Energy provides electrical service and the building is equipped with three-phase power.
